Welcome to Fleevo. These Terms of Use ("Agreement") set out the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of the Fleevo platform, including our website at https://www.fleevo.com, our dashboards, APIs, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by PT Fleevo Teknologi Indonesia ("Fleevo," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms are legally binding, so please read them carefully.
When you register for the Fleevo Platform — whether as a contractor, equipment owner, lending institution, dealer, or OEM — you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself and/or your business (e.g., business registration details, equipment information, contact details, financial information).
You represent and warrant that all information you provide to Fleevo will be complete, accurate, and current. Fleevo may use third-party services to verify the information you provide, including identity verification, credit checks, and equipment validation services, and you hereby authorize Fleevo to request, receive, use, and store such information. Fleevo may, at its sole discretion, accept or reject any registration application.
You agree to promptly update any information you have provided to Fleevo in the event of changes to your business details, contact information, equipment inventory, or financial status. Fleevo may deliver notices to you at the most recent email address or contact details you have provided, and such notices shall be considered validly delivered regardless of whether you still maintain that contact method.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. Please keep your login credentials secure. Fleevo may use and share your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fleevo provides a technology platform that facilitates equipment financing by connecting contractors and equipment owners with lending institutions and dealers. Our services include but are not limited to:
Fleevo does not itself provide loans, financing, or insurance products. All financing decisions are made by the respective lending institutions. Fleevo acts as a technology intermediary and does not guarantee the approval of any financing application.
Fleevo's telematics service ("Fleevo OS Telematics") collects data from telematics devices installed on equipment within our network. This data includes, but is not limited to, GPS location, engine hours, fuel consumption, idle time, maintenance alerts, and geofencing information.
By participating in the Fleevo Platform as an equipment owner or financing applicant, you consent to the installation, operation, and data collection of telematics devices on financed or monitored equipment. Telematics data may be shared with lending partners, dealers, and other authorized parties as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to tamper with, disable, remove, or interfere with any telematics device installed on equipment that is subject to a financing arrangement facilitated through Fleevo. Tampering with telematics devices may constitute a breach of your financing agreement and this Agreement.
To the greatest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fleevo and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and assigns (the "Indemnitees") from all claims, demands, losses, costs, damages, liabilities, settlements, judgments, fines, or penalties (including reasonable legal fees) directly or indirectly arising out of:
This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement and your use of the Platform.
You may discontinue your use of the Fleevo Platform at any time. Fleevo may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice.
Termination of access to the Platform will not release either party from any obligations incurred prior to termination, including obligations under any active financing arrangement. Fleevo may retain and continue to use, for its own internal and regulatory compliance purposes, any information previously provided by you.
All disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, and intellectual property provisions of this Agreement shall survive termination.
THE FLEEVO PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
FLEEVO PROVIDES A TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM THAT FACILITATES EQUIPMENT FINANCING CONNECTIONS BETWEEN CONTRACTORS, LENDERS, AND DEALERS. FLEEVO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF RISK ASSESSMENTS, EQUIPMENT VALUATIONS, OR TELEMETRY DATA, NOR THE APPROVAL OF ANY FINANCING APPLICATION.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLEEVO (INCLUDING ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
IF FLEEVO IS FOUND TO BE LIABLE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO FLEEVO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) IDR 10,000,000 (TEN MILLION INDONESIAN RUPIAH).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Fleevo. You are not authorized to make any commitments or representations on behalf of Fleevo, and Fleevo will not make commitments on your behalf except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
You and Fleevo agree that any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI), with proceedings conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The Fleevo Platform, including all content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, data models, and proprietary technology (including Fleevo OS), is owned by PT Fleevo Teknologi Indonesia and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No license or right is granted to you to use any of Fleevo's intellectual property except as expressly permitted by this Agreement for the purpose of using the Platform. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Fleevo.
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Fleevo concerning your use of the Platform and supersedes any prior agreements or communications. You may not delegate your obligations or transfer your rights under this Agreement to any third party without the prior written consent of Fleevo.
