Credit decisions carry real consequences for borrowers and lenders alike. This page explains, concretely, how Fleevo handles borrower data, where it lives, and how it fits within Indonesia's regulatory expectations.
Borrower documents, conversations, and credit scores are stored on infrastructure located in Indonesia, not routed through or stored on servers abroad.
Our data collection, processing, and retention practices are built around Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), including lawful basis for processing and borrower data rights.
Fleevo is built to support, not bypass, OJK's expectations for lender risk management. Every AI-assisted score ships with the reasoning and documents a regulator or auditor can review.
Documents and conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest, whether they arrive over WhatsApp or are uploaded directly by a bank or dealer.
Banks, dealers, and Fleevo staff only see the borrower data their role requires. Access is scoped, not blanket.
Every document view, score, and decision is logged and traceable, so banks and dealers can reconstruct exactly how a credit decision was made.
Scores ship with the documents and reasoning behind them. No black-box numbers; every recommendation can be checked against the underlying evidence.
Enterprise lenders with stricter infrastructure requirements can run Fleevo within their own environment rather than Fleevo's shared infrastructure.
Collection. Documents like KTP and bank statements are submitted directly by the borrower through WhatsApp, or uploaded by a bank or dealer with the borrower's consent. They are never scraped or sourced from third parties.
Use. Documents are used only to generate a credit score and supporting reasoning for the bank or dealer reviewing the application, not for unrelated profiling or resale.
Retention. Documents and scores are retained for as long as needed to support the loan and applicable regulatory record-keeping requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized in line with our Privacy Policy.
Certifications. Fleevo is in the process of pursuing additional independent security certifications as the platform scales. We'll publish updates here as they're completed. We'd rather show the work in progress than claim a badge we don't hold yet.
